Our Quality Policy planed to achieve  the Goal of our Organization, Start with Customer Requirements and Collect Inputs of Internal Parties .

Our Quality assurance process are: Plan, implement, check, and adjust.

NBBC is ensuring the clients to bring valuable quality  services with modern equipment and cost efficient implementation facilities.. ALRWAD recently engaged International Standardization for Organization .

MBBC had struggled for years in their attempts to operationalize their works and services to be clients-centric. 

The foundation our client's satisfaction policy is based on “Clint's Orientation”.

Waste management or waste disposal includes the processes and actions required to manage waste from its inception to its final disposal.

MBBC retains responsibility for wastes generated until their final disposal; a high priority being given to minimizing wastes; the maintenance of a high level of environmental integrity; and promotion of a cooperative approach in dealing with regulators in order to achieve mutually beneficial waste management solutions.

The main objective of this Waste Management Plan is to identify the type of waste materials generated during the course of construction and to establish the procedures for the management of such wastes.

MBBC procedure is to provide and maintain safe working environment at all operational areas including projects with continuous improvement in utilizing lifting equipment. The document defines the requirements that apply to lifting operations within Qatar Steel to protect personnel from injury and property from damage.

MBBC will follow Lifting & Rigging Strategy in their work sites. Clients Lifting & Rigging Strategy will be followed strictly to conduct the lifting & rigging activities in MBBC work sites. The purpose of applying Clients Lifting & Rigging Strategy in MBBC sites is to provide a mechanism to ensure that all equipment identified as lifting equipment are operated and maintained in a safe condition.
