Design Solutions Align with Client Objectives

AAC has Design offices in India, which will help clients with their projects round the clock. Civil, electrical, mechanical, piping, and structural engineers are just some of the types of engineers. There are also more advanced specialties like simulation, enterprise integration, integrated automation processes, and interactive 3D and 4D modeling.

AAC worked with many clients in the past on various different package of services that may include but not limited to engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, maintenance, and project management. We work with the construction and commissioning teams from start of the project to save cost and Time.

Design Solutions Align with Client Objectives

Our main goal is to complete a project that meets the needs of our clients for both throughput capacity and quality of the product. In order to get big projects done, you need to go through a lot of detailed engineering and design. We make plans to make sure that the designs meet our clients' needs and that the construction of facilities that meet our clients' strategic goals.

AAC's conceptual design skills make sure that each project's function, scope, cost, and schedule are all aligned with the client's goals so that the project will be a success through quality Internal Communication. The conceptual design phase is the best time to look at business, commercial, and technical risks; and to make sure our clients get a good return on their investment (ROI).

  • Builds early consensus across all disciplines and functional areas
  • Connects each project activity and decision to the estimate
  • Details EPFC in a conceptual design report
  • Establishes a detailed estimate
  • Reduces the number of change orders
  • Solves the project's issues prior to execution

Constructability, Maintainability and Operability (CMO) Reviews

CMO Reviews point out, address, and solve problems early in the design process, which makes the design and construction process more efficient and reduces the overall cost of the project.

Constructability

There are reviews for constructability that point out any issues in the design that could make it difficult to build the project, which would make it less safe, more costly, and take longer to build. The client gives input on how to keep and use the product. It is during the Client Alignment session that expectations and requirements are set and recorded.

Maintainability

During the project's design phase, the review for maintainability looks at things like how to make sure there aren't any problems with maintenance, how to make sure there aren't any problems with maintenance, and how to plan for maintenance before the project starts up.

Operability

This review, like maintainability, focuses on reducing the costs of a plant's post-startup life cycle. It also looks at plant operation, logistics, and support issues when a project is being planned.

Checks on Value Engineering

Value engineering is used at every stage of a project by AAC. Value engineering reviews use proven techniques at many stages of the design process, with the main goal of cutting costs without sacrificing project quality. In short, find different way to maximum utilize all available resources.

Model Reviews

Model reviews, which are done with the client, make sure the design accurately reflects the detailed description of the project scope of work and design input needs. They are held about 30, 60%, and 90% of the way through the design process.

Checks on the safety of plant operations (HAZOP Reviews)

HAZOP reviews make sure that important safety and operating issues are taken care of; so, that the completed facility will be safe and work properly as intended by the Client.

Technical / Peer Tests

Technical or peer reviews may be done on important things, or when the design is based on new technologies or products that haven't been proven to work before. The reviews are done by people who are qualified (or) independent group.

Front-End Engineering & Design

Before making a capital investment in a project, look at the project's needs. AAC's front-end engineering and design (FEED) teams have a lot of experience with similar services for clients in a wide range of industries. They write up documents that will help clients make future investments through our partners PETROKENS permanently stationed in India.

Front-end engineering and design are the work that needs to be done before the detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction of facilities can start. This work helps to support a 10 percent project cost estimate. use this project phase for things like: On engineering studies, pre-FEED, and FEED projects, lets you quickly make 3D plant models and download material quantities. It also makes it easy to route, make equipment, and add materials to the models. our multi-disciplinary design teams quickly come up with and evaluate a lot of "what-if" scenarios, then choose and tweak the best layout for the best facility.

Develop the engineering design packages that can be used to bid a lump sum EPC scope and / or provide the foundation for the detailed engineering phase.
